The STEP Project Global Consortium (SPGC) for family enterprising is an initiative launched to explore entrepreneurship practices within family businesses. Their global leaders from leading academic institutions and business families are engaged in research, teaching, and practice-oriented activities to generate solutions that have immediate application for family leaders. With an aim to generate cutting edge research, we offer best-practice solutions to sustain entrepreneurial families across generations. SPGC is committed to collaboratively research transgenerational entrepreneurship in order to produce highly relevant, applied research which makes a tangible difference to the business families and their stakeholders around the world.
